electrical help needed

I'm connected to my home campground 50amp service but on the Silverleaf it's showing leg 1 0volt, leg 2 119v. Front a/c compressor won't run but strangely enough the a/c fan and lights on leg 1 will. It looks odd to see 5amp usage with 0v supply. Output voltage at the ATS shows normal voltage on both legs.
Something strange is happening between the ATS and the Silverleaf.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Could be as simple as a loose connection. If you can get to the connections you question, disconnect for power, inspect them and tighten. Also, if you have a volt meter, check all the terminals when powered. Be careful, 240VAC packs a good punch.

First, I would cycle the CB and see if leg 1 comes up. If not, I would check the pole power with a voltmeter, I've seen numerous CB issues (they are cycled every time a camper connects). If you have good power at the pole, then I would trace the power through the transfer switch. And =, by the way, it's not unusual for the AC fan to run if the fan is powered off of leg 2.

UPDATE
Checked all connections from pedestal through leg 1 breakers and all are tight. Still showing 0 volts on leg 1. Also noticed on Silverleaf that some settings on the load management screen were set too low. Changed 'em back to 50amp. Said "what the hell", tried front a/c again. It's working! Amp load varies between 15-19 amp but still 0 voltage. I think? that possibly when voltage indication went to zero, it caused load management settings to change to lowest settings.
There's a breakdown somewhere on the signal going to the Silverleaf and I'm planning to call Newmar this am for ideas.

ANOTHER UPDATE
Silverleaf is saying my "module 559 HMI" is bad and located in upper right side of inside main breaker panel. And believe it or not I don't have the first one that's failed.
As I understand it, my location is unique to LADP. EXDP and KADP location is different.
Newmar sending a replacement.
