engine access cover

Can someone tell me how to remove the bedroom engine access cover on my 2014 Newmar Vantana? Something is holding it down just can't figure out what it is!

In my 2007 DSDP, there were screws hidden in the carpet.

I do not know your model, but there is a vertical section of the cover.
So first peel off the wooden cover below the closet and then also find the screws in the flat carpet section. The cover is most likely angular.
Good hunting!

There are several different engine covers, depending upon floorplan.

On mine:

You pull these plastic plugs, then the screw under it. (1 on each side)

After removing the tile floor, you pull each of the remaining screws.

If you have a carpet floor, one of these magnets will locate the screws....just watch your fingers when you try to separate them.

Thanks everyone for the help. It turned out to be two screws in the carpet and 5 large screws into the closet bulkhead. The floor cover and back 90 degree support all come out together. You must also take part of the bed off! (5 screws)
