Entry Door Doesn’t Close Properly

We have a 2017 Ventana 3724 whose entry door feels like it’s sticking on something near the top. We traveled today and door was fine when we left and problematic after we arrived. We can close and lock the door but the left top corner of the door is not completely closed. Any suggestions on what could be causing this? We don’t see anything that would prevent closure.

Hi CarolK55,
If you are just parked (no jacks) the chassis might not be sitting level the door will be out of alignment. If you are parked (jacks down) the chassis may be twisted. Consider repositioning and then releveling the coach.
