I am having lots of erroneous readings on the front and back panels. Inside temperature readings can be as high as 180 degrees INSIDE! Of course, then the ac tries to drop the temperature until you can hang meat in here. I also get erroneous tank readings. Is there a way to calibrate the sensors or reset the whole system?

Have you checked your house batteries? Are you on shore power? Can you
check your 12 Volt DC,is it erratic, low or way high. Also possible a bad ground connection. Those are the things I would check first.

House batteries are ok. Currently on shore power but it doesn't really matter. Ground connection where?

My zone 1 sometimes acts up. I can do a reset by turning off the house power at the switch in the compartment above the driver. Hope you are not having eplex issues as parts are getting expensive.

hold down the tank button for about 15 seconds and it will bring up a menu and you can do a reset. Don't think it will help. I don't think the thermistors will read above 125'. Is it the center zone(2) you are having trouble with? My thermistor is right above the lcd tv. Picks up heat.

Is it the same zone?????? (front/rear panels will display the same thing, wild or not).
If so that thermistor is failing. BTDT Easy change, costly part. Wild swings to those kinds of numbers is exactly what I had.

If you want to try things before shelling out those dollars and ordering that thermistor here's a couple things, but neither will likely help. Again, BTDT.
First try a reset by turning off the 12v power store panel switch for a minute and turn back on. You should see the ePlex panel reboot.

If still wild try what Perry said, hold "tanks" for 5-10 sec until the programming screen comes up. Then press "stop" and then "program all" and press tanks to exit when it completes. I also concur that I doubt this will help but that zone might have lost some of its programming and this will fix that.

Otherwise, sorry about your loss, please let us know what that puppy now costs...

If it's zone 3, the furnace only zone, PM me and I'll tell you how to hot wire a regular digital thermostat into that zone in 5 mins or less and defeat the ePlex entirely on that zone. It's a long term workable fix until you can get around to the real fix.

Describe the erroneous tank readings in more detail...

Tried all above. It is zone 1 & 2. Nothing has helped. Any other suggestions beside replacing module? Where is the actual module located?

Grounds will be from fuse panels,inverter-converter,Gen,house and coach batteries, engine to the chassis frame, each will have its own to frame connection which could be dirty, loose or corroded.

When my temp sensor was going crazy, like yours, I waited until I went to a rally and had Newmar reset it. They were fine, and still are, but now the outside sensor is crazy (doesn't matter to me as it doesn't affect the a/c in the coach). So, yes, there is an adjustment and it can be fixed by someone who knows about it.

They are in those little plastic 1 inch diameter probably beige colored "baskets" on your wall by the main door, somewhere mid-ship (rear window of the ODS slideout), probably under your bath vanity, and on the bedroom wall rear also probably ODS. They are about 18in long, a small thermistor connected via a foot of cable or so to a small module all stuffed into the wall-space behind those basket which let the thermistor sense the temperature in the room.

Here's someone's prior post with a picture (the pic is the outside module but it is the exact same thing for the inside ones. Don't confuse the Spartan chassis air temp sender also in those pics.
