46K when we bought it last Dec. We have added another 6K. I'm not expecting it to get any better.

From the day we bought in:

400 HP Cummins ISL
TOTAL MILES 21929
MAX MPG 7.63
AVE MPG 6.37*

*This includes fuel used for the generator. I guesstimate that AVE MPG for the motor is 6.5

EST Fuel MPG

7 vs 8 over 7 K miles is less than 250 bucks.
Just enjoy the ride!

I would expect 1 to 2 mpg better over the next 30,000 miles. On our Magna the mileage dropped from 7.6 to 7.1 right after the last top end rebuild on the ISX and that was only rebuilding 2 out of the 6 cyl. and no bottom engine work.
Our '02 DSDP 4090 with 350 ISC (and Banks kit) didn't get much better than the Magna/ISX we now have and the Magna is much heavier.
33,600 GVWR vs 57,000 now
