Yes...time! My coach had been released from service and, when driven back to Camp Newmar, experienced a new problem (the pressure sensor failure). If I had been willing to stay over until Monday or Tuesday and get back on the service list, Newmar would have covered it under warranty.

My schedule was such that if I delayed until Monday or (more likely) Tuesday, I would miss an important (at least, to me) event back in Montana. I am a competition skeet shooter and am signed up for a tournament there next weekend. So, it was a matter of expediency; buy the part across the counter and get it installed on Friday afternoon or wait until the following week for Newmar warranty service.

Just to be clear, it was my choice and Newmar is blameless here. If I had followed their prescribed procedure, warranty would have covered it. Newmar was stellar in how they dealt with our warranty and service issues while we were there. Simply stellar!!!

Mounted on the left side console and shimmed level as needed when the coach was parked level.
