Extended Warranties

Has anyone purchased a RV Warranty from the dealer in Hahira Georgia? Dealer is quoting me $12K for Cornerstone for 7 year warranty. Wholesale Warranty is quoting $8,400 and the dealer in Hahira is quoting $6,200 for a 7 year 70,000 mile warranty. From Experience - I think the 70,000 miles is adequate. All warranties are the better ones- exlclusionary listing policies.

My last coach had several slide issues - so I'm thinking about a policy this time. 7 years should get me to either hanging up the keys or another new coach - lols!

Hoping to find good coverage, good prices and a policy that most RV places will honor.

Oh, the coach is a 2020 Ventana 4369 approx. MSRP is $390K

You could get a quote from NIRVC, I purchased my EW from them includes Coach Net road assistance and tire service.

The strong odds are you will not get that much benefit out of the contract investment. Post purchase, immediately half goes towards selling dealer profit. Then, half of the remaining half goes to the contract company to pay payroll, systems, building. The final quarter goes towards claims.
A much discussed issue. Use Search.

I purchased a 7 yr,75,000 mile ESP from CoachNet, that was back in 2014. It was under $4k. It has paid for itself + --- 2 roof air units, washing machine, 2 slide out gear boxes, indash GPS, dash air , Oasis control board... the list goes on, just many issues all taken care of with no hassle.

I paid $1,700 a year for 5 years on my prior coach (2009 Monaco) and was able to claim only some $800. Didnít need much in the way of repairs. So I decided to never buy an EW... until I bought my used 2015 Entegra. I paid around $4,000 out of pocket before I bought the NIRVC 4 year, no deductible policy for $8,400.

Iíve now had that policy for 14 months and have had something like $12,000 in claims paid. And, about $3,000 in denied claims. So Iím still way ahead, and 2 1/2 year of EW coverage.

If you feel sorry for me with so many problems Iíll knock on wood but I think the coach has finally resolved all its teething (?) problems. This summer Iíve driven some 8,000 miles and the only repairs needed were to fix some damage due to a stump that hid in some bushes and jumped out at me as I went by.

Be very careful buying Wholesale Warranties product. Canít go into details now but lots of claims problems.

I bought a 7 year, 100k warranty with 250 deductible for 4300 on my 2019 dutchstar.

Overland insurance, it is a CoachNet policy. Includes 7 years of CoachNet roadside.

Hi RB, I checked with Overland and they will only sell the extended coverage if you have the regular insurance policy with them. How have they been as a company? I sent them an application to switch my insurance to them. Thanks, Jared

I have been very satisfied. I have been with them since 2012, and every year I shop around and they always are competitive.

I've had Wholesale Warranties on three different coaches. Never had a bit of problem with claims and never heard of anyone that has. They beat NIRVC on my LA by 2800.00

I to have had 3 policies thru Wholesale Warranties with never having a problem and getting more out of them than I paid. We live full time in ours and I think you get more claims when doing so.
