Exterior TV compartment locked
Hi Folks
I have a 2015 Mountain Aire with the exterior TV. I don't use it that often but recently discovered the compartment was locked and I have tried opening it with every key I can find. I always assumed it locked and unlocked with the basement doors.
The TV compartment key hole is in the vertical position now and the basement doors are in a horizontal position when they are unlocked. Any ideas?

On our King Aire it's the square key that opens the outside TV cabinet.

My TV key is the very secret # " 751" used on many trailer compartments.

Ours is the square key with no markings, and it only opens the TV Door, the other square key with markings on it opens all the other bay doors.

I will look for a 751 key. Tried the square key and it doesn't go all the way into the key hole. Used graphite and broke one square key off in the key hole but managed to get the piece out of the hole. The spare square key doesn't work as well. This one has me scratching my head on how it got locked in the first place.

I have heard of more than one case where a vandal has inserted something into a key lock rendering it inoperable.
Since none of your keys open that lock I suggest see a locksmith.

On my 2015 London aire there is a dedicated key that only works that compartment it could be the infamous 751

 On my 2014 MADP my outside TV door is unlocked when it's in the vertical position.

My 2016 DS 4018 uses a small "Kencon" square headed key with "CK320" stamped on the blade.
When unlocked, it is oriented vertically.

My 2017 Canyon Star TV key is also square with Global Link written on it

That is the same on my Ventana. It is the only one other then the ignition that is silver all the rest are brass colored and have TriMark which is the remote locking system for the door and bays
