Hey folks;

Just had a great experience with the folks who brought you your Fantastic-Fan/Vent. Had the cover (Dome) blow off during some 50+ mph winds here in eastern NC (not unusual) the dome was closed and the system had the fuse removed. The dome was ripped off and the control arm pulled out of the drive. Did the duct tape and humpty dumpty thing to get the hole covered till I could get the parts.

Called the folks at Fantastic-Fan and relayed the tale of woe. Bottom line is that they stood behind the warranty and sent me a new dome and arm..no cost what so ever. Customer service at its' finest.

I had a similar unbelievable experience with the same folks two years ago. The gears were stripped and I was about to buy a new one at Camping World and was actually inside the store. Another customer suggested I try calling the co. in Mich. and the new parts beat me home at no cost!!! They rally aim to please and what good advertisement.

Great to hear such positive stories. I never had a problem with the fans, but it sure is good to know they stand behind them.
