What engine do you have? Have you checked the air filter?

Try a new gas cap, I had one with a clogged vent. It only gave me problems climbing hills,
when the secondaries opened up ,like it was starved for fuel.

You may want to check for a secondary fuel filter on a 454.

I believe on my old HMC coach, I had one at the motor and one about 1/2 way to tank along side of chassis. There is also a primary filter built into the fuel pump. I was able to get rid of my problem by changing the one 1/2 way to tank. My rig bucked and snorted under load but ran fine on flat road.
Best I can suggest is to call the chassis manufacture with VIN and the should be able to tell you where and how many filters.

Need to check fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge. Should be about 45 psi. Might be fuel pump in fuel tank. Not that uncommon with both GM and Ford power.

Hope that would be last resort! Always wondered why internal fuel pumps are designed the way they are? Having to drop tank to get at them. Motorhomes would be better to have access from inside coach thru a hatch? Thought of putting one in if I ever had to. Thoughts?

Sounds like time for a fuel pressure check, possible pump failing.
If you still have the fuel filter, I'd cut it open , to see if it was plugged .

CRUNCH:
A 2004 KSCA should not have a 454 cu. in. motor.

It should be built on a W22, or maybe the P32 (not likely) chassis, but in either case the motor will be the GM 8.1L V-8, which is ~496 cu.in.

I think you need to have the fuel pressure at the engine rail checked. It should be ~58-62 PSI. Significantly less pressure means the in-tank pump is weak and will need to be changed = big bucks.

When you changed the fuel filter, did you need the "adapter" or was yours equipped with the 2 port GF481 filter?

It has been TRIED. See http://www.irv2.com/forums/f22/fuel-...val-54887.html

Be sure to read post #4 of that thread...........I think you'll agree some ideas are best left undone.
