You have selected one great coach. We looked at a leftover new one about a year ago in Florida and never could get the dealer to get the money where we were willing to go...

It should come with the remainder of the 3 year bumper to bumper Newmar warranty and should be transferable to you. You should contact Newmar and Spartan get your name on their records as the owner when you finalize the deal.

One thing I would do is check the weight ratings on the front and rear axle and weigh the coach on a CAT scale - adjust for full fuel and water and such. I would also make sure the interior step motor works. If at a dealer's lot - it has probably been sitting in the sun 24-7 with the slides out. Go on top and look closely at the slideout topper covers for any sign of deterioration of the material from UV.

Go through the PDI and check out every system and detail but one good thing about the warranty that's left is if you miss something - Newmar is good about taking care of their customers. Have fun..

Congrats Bill on your new Newmar to you.
There is a PDI list up in the New Rig Showoff forum that will give you some idea as to what to look for.
The furnace will seem loud at first but you will get use to it, its doing its job just don't try to insulate around it it needs the space to draw in cool air from coach interior.
We will be here to help with any questions.
Have a good PDI and look over and under your chassis and fluid containers for chassis.

Oh yes almost forgot when you want some "Karma" just let me know.
