Just got off phone with customer service and the stated it can be handle by dealer. They went as far as saying Dylan's has an excellent service department and recommends I go back there instead of local.

I would worry that it separated because the slide came out too far. With the slide out, can you push the fascia back in so that it is positioned properly or is there still a gap?

Excellent point! I did not think about that. Will check and see. Thanks!

Took Coach to our dealer (Dylan's) and they were excellent! As soon as we rolled in they were waiting. There head service tech came out and evaluated every concern we had as well as the Trim separation. By the time we got there it was separating about a 1/4 of the way down wall. He said "I'm shocked! I have worked on numerous Newmars and had never seen them use nails to secure wood trim, especially one this length and heavy. They usually use screws so it wont easily back out" He also felt when slide goes out it put too much pressure on that side cause the trim to loosen and did not help having nails holding it. He is notifying Newmar and removing the trim and replacing with longer screws to ensure it will stay in place. I'm wondering if this is a product of the increase in production? I still love our coach and so far love the way Dylan's has stepped up.

As I said earlier, I have removed and install all of the horizontal slide trim in my DS and all of it was installed with nails and silicone, no screws. The vertical trim was screwed from the backside of the slide lip.
Glad they are taking care of you.

Stuart, what are you doing with the old trim?
You must be the winner of “wall art” for your garage.

Ok, we got coach repaired and Dylan's did great job. But now I found dent on refrigerator! Is this something that's under warranty? Also, we had generator trip a circuit one time so we asked dealer to check if there was an issue with generator. I talked with tech and was told he ran for 5 hours no issues. When my wife picked up unit he told her we could only ran one ac unit at a time on generator. Is this normal? We had 2 AC units installed during production per salesman's recommendation.

If your generator is 4000 watts., then this means at sea level, it produces 36 amps peak. Count it as 30amp service.

Running 2 AC is possible, but you need to reduce your charger on your 12v system to be as low as possible, and not run any other electrical load

Your water heater needs to be set to gas only mode, and no microwave, hair dryer, or other large electrical loads.

At elevation, power decreases 3.5% for each 1000ft above 500.

If you are at 7500 ft elevation, you might not have enough power to run both acs. You could get a hard start capacitor that will assist in the start mode. This will require paying attention to total amp usage.

Did you get the EMS system? If so, your total amp usage is displayed. (See picture).Click image for larger version

If you have the 5500 generator, then you should have no problem.

In that case, then you should have no problem running 2 AC's full time. You have a total of 50 amps when you are at 500ft Elevation, or 37.5 at 7500FT.

Running a microwave, hair dryer, or other major appliance/elect draw will cause the generator to overload.

Your 2000 watt inverter could draw as much as 21 amps. This alone could cause the generator to trip. You will still need to turn this down from the default to a lower charge rate.

Your ems will attempt to shunt the over draw, but will not compensate for altitude.

Depending on your setup, you may have a single 50 amp breaker, or a 30 amp and 20amp breaker. Knowing which is tripping will help to find the offending device.

So when running generator turn off inverter?
