First Trip

Hi again. We are on our first trip in our new 2019 Dutch Star 4326. The park personnel are not here because we got here late. The instructions for hooking up cable TV are to plug cable cord in to their pedestal. Then it says to shut off power antenna. The next part is what we are having trouble with. It says to put TV on cable. We turned on the Sony TV. There are lots of options but no cable option. There is TV, HDMI, Satellite, etc. Going to each one we get no signal. What are we doing wrong. Thanks from some big time newbies.

First Trip

I’m not in my coach but I believe once your in the TV settings area go to Channels and then within that area you choose antenna vs cable then you need to perform a channel scan.

Make sure your OTA antenna is not powered on when using cable.

That is correct. Hit menu/home on your remote. drop down to channel and select cable. Then scan for channels as Neal said.

I believe input is set to TV.

Set input to TV, Hit HOME on your remote, toggle down to Settings - Preferences then select Channel, set Signal Type to Cable then select Auto Program.
