Say, what's the trick for replacing one of the bulbs in one of those fish eye docking lights on a 4502 08 Ex. This dock light just below fuel fill door on driver's side is out. I've twisted bulb assembly out and found that the bulb appears to be soldered to the base connector.

Am I not seeing something or do ya really have to replace the ENTIRE plug assembly???

Thanks. Steve

The bullet dock light bulbs are a standard #893, 12v 37.5w avail at any auto supply ($8 I think). They come with the pigtail connector all soldered up. Just unplug, twist out and reverse to install.

Entire bullet light assembly is about $33 (Newmar at Nappanee winter pricing) in case you have condensation or sun-caused yellow discoloration of the clear lens. These lights use a large plastic jam nut on the fender side and just unscrew out.
