Mine has an intermittent problem..about 27 min into the regular cycle, it will stop and give 3 double beeps and the green lite flashes...nothing else happens..there is about 2-3 inches of water in the drawer...the only way to get it out is to run a rinse cycle. Had the repair guy come out (he looked like he NEVER saw one before!) and we let it run...went all the way thru..about 1 1/2 hours to the dry cycle..is this normal? Also, it isnt a lack of hot water problem, because I tested it again with NO hot water and it worked again...does yours take as long as mine? Anyone else have this problem??? Service for these is really scarce!!

I had several problems with mine, including the problems you described. I obtained warranty service in Orlando, FL. The tech could not diagnose the problem, so he replaced the control board. It quit again about two months later. After control board #2 and reprogramming, no problems. If you need the name of the service shop, let me know and I'll try to dig it up.

while this clueless tech was on the phone with another tech, he was pushing the buttons to do SOMETHING, and MAYBE it was reprogramming...I couldnt hear what he was saying...he said maybe a total of 10 words to both me and the other tech while there. If it happens again, I will have to find somewhere else to service it. I'm only 500 miles from Orlando!

Larry you did receive a customer instructions booklet with programable options and a trouble shutting guide.
Went to their web site and found info for 4 Dishdraw washers, not sure what your model is but looked like good info. Had info for service also.
First page is stock info but has link to products.

Yes...I have read all that stuff..also spoke with customer service...they were unable to explain what was happening since there were no error lights coming on...just electrical munchkins inside...

I wonder if it could be something simple as a good ground to control ckts from the main power panel.
