Heading back from Disney to our home in Fort Myers today, we came across the Bay Lake Motor Coach Resort Bay Lake Motorcoach Resort
and stopped in to check it out. It is on I-4, exit 44, about 20 miles SE of Disney on the way to Tampa and I-75. They have unimproved lots, lots with pads and lots with casitas of all sorts of sizes. Community about 20% built out. Very nice clubhouse with pool. Website has site map, prices and many photos. There were several Dutch Stars in residence, by the way.

Try Arlington Ridge in Leesburg, FL. About 60 homes with attached rv garages. Usually one or tow on the market at any given time.

Not in FL, but this community in TN actually requires an RV garage in the home plan. Nice homes and they have a free on site rv park you can use if you want to stop by and look.

Be very careful regarding their pricing.... we have first-hand experience (2 years of our lives we'll never get back), and would never build at the Gardens. At the time we were trying to make it work (pre-pandemic), actual construction costs were running 50% over contract price.

We live in the area. Prices for lots are ridiculous. Property turnover rates are very high, especially for the lots but also for fairly new builds - we see a fair number go up for sale after just 2 years. Haven't seen a new building permit in nearly a year and they've gone through a number of general contractors and subs in the last few years.
