Font Style

Does anyone know what style font Newmar uses for their logos? I called but unfortunately they weren’t able to tell me.

It looks to me like a customized serif typeface/font. In today's digital world, "font" and "typeface" are used interchangeably.

I spent 40 years around the printing/publishing business and I don't recognize it as one of the standards. There are thousands of different typefaces out there and logo designers frequently enhance one of the standards to create a specific look. And, sometimes they create a whole new...and, distinctive...typeface just for a specific client.

If it is a custom typeface, most clients will not release it to others to keep people from creating unauthorized logo items for sale.
