Fresh water and Black tank cleanout

Hi everybody.
New 2019 Baystar Sport 2813.
We haven't de-winterized it yet but will do so on our trip this weekend.
Strangely, there are 2 water inputs, one fresh water and one for the black tank cleanout and they are side by side and they are not labeled.
I know I could figure it out with a little trial and error, but if anyone knows which is which, that would be a help.
Thanks!

I don't know your specific coach, but from looking at an online photo of the 2019 Bay Star water bay, I would guess the inlet closest to the water filter is for fresh water. The other would be the black tank flush.

It is odd that Newmar doesn't mark these inlets. Do the warning stickers near the inlets provide any clues?

I would hook up to the inlet nearest the water filter and open the adjacent mini-shower valve to see if water comes out. I'm guessing it will. Then, make some labels and apply them yourself to prevent any future confusion.

Thanks TJ. I'll try to get a picture posted tomorrow.
My Bay Star Sport dosen't have a water filter or a mini-shower. Don't see any warning labels...
When I figure it out, I'll definitely label the two inlets!

Once you get it figured out, take some red paint, or a sharpie, and paint the tank flush red. Then you will also know. In all the pictures I have seen, of many models of Newmar, they always label the tank flush, maybe not clearly, but labeled they are.

IIRC the left one was fresh water and the right one was black water flush on our Canyon Star, which is opposite what you would think as the water filter is to the right of the panel.

I would be careful there and don't run the water too long. A friend of mine was hooked up to sewer connection. Someone had told him to not leave the black tank valve open all the time, because of tp build up. Well, one morning, he decided to wash out the tank. He hooked up the hose, turned it on and took a little walk, forgetting to open the valve. Dw was inside the coach and soon noticed not only the toilet over flowing, but a "waterfall" coming off the roof. She was not happy camper.

Alright, think I've got it figured out.
Y'all got me to look around in there a little more. Behind the plate where the two identical water intakes are located, I could see a wee bit of the hoses that are connected.
The one on the left looks like a standard white fresh water hose. The one on the right looks like plumbing hose like they use in houses these days.
Conclusion: Left = freshwater, Right = tank cleanout.
I'll still be careful until sure...
Thanks everyone.

By Jove, I think he's got it! Good bit of sleuthing there.
