Fresh water tank makes popping noises

Hello I have a 99 londonaire and when I run the heat the fresh water tank makes a loud pop similar to if its been hit smartly with a rubber mallet. I'm sure it is some sort of expansion noise. Is there a vent that's blocked? Help it is very unsettling.

The water overflow pipe off top of tank has a duck bill rubber flap under coach that maybe sealed shut but I drought that is the problem.
Do you have some water in tank if its empty the side walls could expand, some water in tank may stop walls from popping from heat in bays.
The heat from furnace outlet maybe directed to the tank side wall also if you move the foil tube away from tank sidewall may help also.
