I've check my outside fuse box fuses...they're fine. The inside ones are fine also so I'm at a loss. Are there hidden fuses someplace else that I need to check?
I've done this before so I don't think it's a code security issue. I'm trying to find out how to (1) test to see if it has power and (2) why is there no power.

This is a total guess on my part...I have seen radios that have a fues built into the back of unit. Usually pretty small and easily missed???
I haven't come across many secondary fuses beyond the 12 fuse and distribution panel unless the accessory has it's own inline fuse. Looking at the diagram of your sysem there does appear to be an inline fuse. Here's a screen shot of the power connection to you system which appears to come in on the Right side of the unit. Hope this is helpful.
