I have a 2005 Mountain Aire Diesel and am in the process of changing out the front T.V. My question is, how do you remove the old on? any help would be appriciated. Thanks

Welcome gel to the Newmar forum & irv2.
If you scroll down the Quick Tips link provided there are installations of TV to LCD information. They are five different units one should be yours.
There about 2/3's down first page.
If you need anymore info just ask away.

There are two long screws on each side that hold the wood bezel in around the TV. Open the cabinets and remove the screws. Or you may have a screw with a pop-off cap that goes through the vinyl. After you remove the screws the wood bezel will slip out. Once that is off it is easy to see how to remove the TV. Be careful removing the TV. It weighs 84 pounds.

I just did this on my 2005 4304 MADP.. If you have the tv mounted on the right side above entry door all that needs to be done is remove the two wood vented access doors behind the tv.. located above dash between the window and the back side of the tv.. all mounting hardware of the old tv is accessable from there ..take 4 screws out and tv can be removed from the front with a little jiggling.. To install you can use the same mounting bracket as the old .. I bought a 32'' Sony at first but took it back because the speakers came out the bottom and didn't like that so I replaced it with a 32" Visio with front speakers.. Then I got a 3/4 piece of plywood cut to size and mounted to existing tv mount .need to do some precise measurements so the tv will match up with the mounting holes on the back of the tv.. I drilled some large hole in the plywood to be able to connect the jacks and power cord.. Fits perfect.. Hope this helps.. Dave
