Generator

Just had the generator on our 2014 MADP serviced. When to start generator and it wouldn't start. Went to monitor and it indicated, press to start, cranking, running....still nothing. Remembered seeing low voltage on dash. Not sure what's going on, was plugged in to electric outlet prior. Any recommendations

Yes,, just filled up the tank. Noticed that the monitor shows AGS -disabled, ext....pressed clear and it still doesnt crank. Both house and Chassis batteries at 14.0 and 13.7.

Did they change the fuel filter? Perhaps you will need to prime to refill the filter?

Run the generator slide out & see if it will crank using the start switch on the drivers side upperleft corner of the generator. This eliminates the AGS & remote start swithes from the equation. You have to hold the start switch up for 15-25 seconds depending how long- cold outside temp- it takes the glow plugs to heat up. If it doesn't crank, check the fuse in the drivers side compartment & be sure your house batteries are up to 12 V or >. If it cranks but won't start, remove the fuel filter & prime it with diesel fuel, re-install & try it again.

Thank you! Ended up being the electric power harness that connects to the inside controls which is located on the passenger side of the generator when the front end is extended out. Once connection was tight the generator started right up. Amazing how things come loose so easy. Thanks again for your comments.
