Good Deal or NOT?
I have a line on a 2013 Dutch Star 4338.
New, never been sold equipped just like I want, the build sheet lists the MSRP at $378,097 and they are asking $278,596.
What do all you long time Nemar owners think?
Bill

Hi kawliga,
Not a good deal. Pay no more than $265K. That would be entering the good deal territory. $245K is good deal territory. For a 2013, the dealer and Newmar Corp will be putting $s in the pot.

That's a great coach, but I would want to know how long it has been sitting ( what was the build date) and why? the 2015's will be available to be ordered soon. They need to move on that price. New batteries as a part of the deal for sure!!

I would check the actual dates on the tires and batteries. Not fast on demanding replacement but a goodly percentage of their useful life is past so does impact the price. And if batteries have not been maintained , which they will tell you they have , their life could be much shortened.

Bill, if you could buy a current 2014 model at that price, why would you want to get a 2013? Further, in about 3 months you'll see the 2015's appear at about the same prices.....seems like a no-brainer to me.

I agree with Garykd, but I know how you feel. When faced with the same situation I send in the boss (my wife). She does not feel the same way about the coach as I (emotionally attached), and will not bend an inch! 30% or nothing.
