Really like the 3750 floorplan. Would appreciate some feedback on Newmar gas coach fit and finish as compared to Winnebago/Itasca Adventurer/Suncruiser quality. Am familiar with the Workhorse W24. So no need to reply on that concern. Thanks in advance.

Not sure you have checked this LINK The coach has taken the place of the Mountain-Aire coach which was the top of the line gas coach. Was at Newmar recently and they have on display. The finish is as good as the older MA's and would purchase if I had the chance. My older MA was well finished coach all solid wood woodwork. I would try and find dealer near you so you could compare between all models. Price my be more than your mention coachs.
3750 my choice also like that center kitchen.

Thanx - the Newmar dealer in the Atlanta area doesn't have any Grand Stars currently. The closest is in central Fla. So we'll have to wait to see one in person I guess. The 3750 prices shown online are actually better than our other consideration the Adventurer/Suncruiser 38J.

HuBee: HERE is a link to a GSCA 3750 on the Leisure Tyme ( Pensacola ) website. They also have a GSCA 3305 at their Mary Ester lot. We looked at the 3305 closely last week. That is the full wall slideout floorplan and you won't believe how large it seems for only a 33 footer, but that said, it is not the floorplan for us. We prefer the 3751, and therefore did not drive the extra distance to Pensacola to look over the 3750.

With all due respect to Roger, I think he is being kind to say the GS is comparable to older MACAs, which were certainly the top of the market gas units. Rather, I think it very much like KSCA quality (which is what we have-see signature). Actually the GS has several features as standard which we had to pay as optional on our 03, so I guess Newmar will say it is upgraded from the KSCA of yesteryear.

Before you decide to drive the short didtance from Atlanta to Pensacola, may I suggest you call to verify the unit is actually there, as sometimes dealers will put a unit on their website when it is ordered, not waiting till it actually arrives. If you go see it, please let us know how you liked it. ED

Grad Star $183K and I thought $164k was bad for a Winne Dimension UFO.

On Edit:

A new Sportscoach Cross Country SE DP just pulled in to the RV park where I am staying. From the outside it looks pretty good with full body paint. So, though I would look on the Internet. For well within the Grad Star price range you can get at least one level up to the Pathfinder from a Cross Country, this is based on PRICE alone. If I was buying new I would at least have to look at them. Check out the prices at Motorhome Specialists

Before I spent the money they ask for these, I would look for a slightly used late model DP and maybe focus on year models before the Fleetwood management came aboard - say 2005 or before Mountain Aire. You could save money and probably get a more troublefree coach. There are some fine buys out there on very low mileage hardly used high end gas or DP. For the kind of money you are looking at - you could buy a great used DP made before they started having all the problems they have with the new coaches.
