We are looking to have our warranty work done on our '16 DS. Does anyone recommend this place? It seems it is either this or Freedom RV in Arizona, which is much farther from where we r at the moment. Any comments or tips are appreciated!! Thx!

Been there many times looking at new Newmars, but have never had any service work done there.

I had my Atwood instant hot water heater replaced with a Truma AquaGo by Guarantee and they did an excellent job.

If you use them make your appointment way in advance. They are usually really busy. We bought a new motorhome from them several years ago. The sales dept. treated us great but when it came time for service things went downhill fast.

We bought our 2017 DS there in April. They have a dedicated Newmar Customer Service Manager named Sherry Rouillard who will do her best to get things done right and on time. All Rv service departments have their ups and downs but I certainly would take my warranty work to Guaranty. Call and ask for Sherry.

Ditto, talk to Sherry. We bought our RV from Guarantee and Sherry is our contact and is great.

I had warranty work done at Guaranty earlier this year and found them to be cooperative and competent. I scheduled the work about 30 days in advance through Sherry, she remained helpful before, during and after the work. Guaranty is one of the few Newmar Platinum Service Centers, meaning they provide high level service and have the ability to overnight warranty parts at no cost to the customer. They have 50A w/water parking and s dump station nearby. They're working on a new campground but wasn't open in May. You'll enjoy having their onsite restaurant and RV store too.

Call Newmar they can give you the names of individual mobile or fixed service outlets. They will approve warranty work by other than Newmar dealers.
Many will be better, some may not be as good.
