Having issues with the toilet in 1/2 bath

Woke up today to find that the toilet in the half bath will not fill with water after hitting the flush button. Any ideas as to what I need to do to get this corrected?

If it is a macerator toilet you need to hold the flush button down till it blinks to get out of conservative water mode. Not sure that's the name of the mode��however, you likely held the flush button longer the last time and changed your mode.

but that is not the issue. It won't put any water in the bowl at all
