bris48,
#1- Are your TV's High Definition (HD) ready? They might be LCD's, but '04-'05's might not have been HD ready. ("Digital" and "HD" are two seperate things).
#2- Camping World offers the Winegard Trav'ler 5 LNB antenna. This means it picks up 5 satellites, including the HD ones (DirecTv). It is automatic in it's operation- but only in the RV stationary, parked, environment- as long as it has an unobstructed view of the southern sky. This is a great unit- I have one almost two years old now. Look for CW sales. It'll cost close to $2000 installed on the roof of your rig. You can do this with a tripod stand also.
3- The crank up "Batwing Antenna" will get you some HD signals near larger cities.
