HDMI Distribution on 2017 MA

I was watching the 2017 MA sales video and heard the lady mention that they went to Cat 6 cabling instead of HDMI. Does anyone know what type of distribution they are using? The 2x4 HDMI matrix switches over Cat 5-6 I can find are all in the $1,500 range.

Thanx

Seen this in a 2014 Tiffan. Of course you stumble across it when it's not working. Have heard Tiffan has had a lot of issues with the box.

Not sure why anyone would Engineer or Design this method. Wire may be cheaper and easier to run but the connection switch is another issue.

There are many boxes out there and they do have to be powered. I believe on Both ends creating another heat source. The Tiffan had a 12 volt fan with them.

Here is one box.....

I am interested in a similar system for the S&B. I tried several HDMI matrix switches over Cat 5-6 cable and had nothing short of inconsistent performance and hair pulling issues.
That was why I was asking what Newmar is using.

That is where I got most of the short lived junk. If you read the reviews, many others had the same results. But Thanx for the reference. I buy cables from there.
