Headlight Chime

Hi guys
I'm a new member of iRV2

Hope I post at the right place.

I have a problem with the Headlight Chime on my 1999 Newmar Dutcstar V10.

The chime gives a continuous alarm when the headlights are on and driving.

Any solution other than earplugs?

Somebody have an idea where that chime is located on this RV model.

Welcome to the forum & irv2.
My Fords had the chime under dash near driver and plugged into a fuse panel.
Sounds like you need a new one.

My problem on this workhorse is that sometimes it does NOT chime... And the chime is kind of quiet compared to when the rig was new.

I do not know if Ford does it like Workhorse but it appears to me the headlight chime is more interested in if there is a key in the ignition than is it on or off.. You may have a problem in that area.
