I have a '03 DSDP. The plastic headlight lens are showing that there is moisture behind the lens. Obviously the seal is leaking. Is there a way to remove, clean, and then reseal this without replacing the whole deal?

Ed,

My unit is a 2007 but I assume our headlights are the same. In my motorhome manual there is a page that says, "Your RV is equipped with headlamps that are not sealed. They have a vent system. They may exhibit, due to condensation, a fine mist or white fog or even small droplets. Most headlamps will remove this moisture through the vent system. It operates at all times but is most effective when the lamps are on and the vehicle is in motion. That is all it says and I have not witnessed a problem yet. Maybe runniing the lights as you travel will help.

Fred

Thanks Fred. I almost never use the headlights but will sure give it a try now. I do appreciate your great answer. It makes good sense.
