Did a search, but couldn't find anything about headlight replacement for a 2005 Newmar Dutch Star. My driver's side headlight has moisture in it is very cloudy, the passenger side headlight is cloudy as well. Decided to just replace both of them. I found the TYC number and it appears to be the 2002-05 Mercury headlight. I did a search online and it looks like the best price is around $134 per headlight. Has anyone did a headlight replacement and if so is there anything special that I should do or watch for?

Just remember, cheap isn't always best especially when it comes to headlights. Have you ever noticed at night an oncoming car looks like it has its headlight(s) bouncing?
The majority of the time, those are el cheap clone headlight assemblies and they do not hold their adjustment securely and or hold the bulb securely...which gives the bounce appearance. If you ever have a vehicle with that type light, it will be VERY annoying to drive. Lighting is very important for safety...just wanted you to know some of what may occur when basing headlight assemblies on price only

I'm replacing the headlight with the same model/brand that is on the coach. TYC 20-5859 & TYC 20-5860, so I'm not sure where the comments are coming from about cheap headlights. All I was inquiring about was is there anything I should watch for when replacing the headlight, i.e., how it's removed, wiring, etc.

There has been good discussion on this forum regarding lenses and the cheap Asian TYC version of headlight housings. It is best to use an American made housing, but the discussion will explain that and why the Asian made versions are not as good.
