Heat coming off left rear panel

I have just noticed that my right rear panel is getting very hot to the touch. Just. Above the rear engine vents. Engine is not running. It is not just South Georgia heat as the heat lessens as I go forward on the rig. Anyone seen this before?

Title says left but your text says right. Which is it? Let's call it Passenger side and Drivers side. PS Or DS

Look for a outlet near rear engine, lower storage compartment maybe electrical, with a cord plugged in it, will be cord to preheat element in oil pan.
Just unplug until winter arrives.
