Sorry, I'm not that familiar with how the heated floors are wired. Just for giggles, have you killed the 12 volt power (salesman switch) to see if it resets the system. I know the floors are 110, but switching is 12 volt.

Sounds like the 43' is laid out different than the 40'.

Just had my bedroom floor heat repaired. On mine the bedroom and back bath are served by one relay. Both zones are wired into one relay, perhaps a twist nut has allowed the bedroom zone to lose its power. You will need to remove the cover from the junction box under the sinks and check power there. At its worse, like mine the power grid broke and will need repaired. Be sure to take your extra tile with you to CN.

That's pat of the issue with these. There are so many items that are hidden behind boxes and electronic items running that I don't have a clue as to what they operate. My half bath had a box in the full height cabinet that had wiring in two junction boxes.

Jerry....as you described earlier, a clicking relay could be a lose wire connecting and then disconnecting.

The relay itself also clicks as it operates opening and closing.

To follow up on my original post, the sharp tech at Guaranty in Junction City Oregon found a bad relay in the half bath cabinet. Since the on/off switch for the bedroom floor was in the rear bath and there was a relay below the lav in that bathroom, I thought that was where the problem was. Turns out it was the relay in the half bath that I somehow damaged while storing adult beverages in this cabinet. The bottom of the relay extends out of the electrical box and looks as though it’s pretty fragile.
So.....I suggest any that have heated floors be careful storing items near the relay boxes located in both baths and have a drink on me

I guess this was a known issue as mine is boxed out.

The third switch, which is located in the full rear bath, operates the mat in the full bath and the mat in the bedroom. It has worked in this manner from day one until yesterday. We turn on all switches and all mats work except the bedroom mat which has always worked before using the full bath switch. And yes, all gfi boxes are set and green.
One thing I just noticed is a clicking coming from an electrical box mounted under the full bath sink area when I turn the rear heat mat off/on. Could it be a relay gone bad? But if so, why would the mat in the bath work but not the one in the bedroom?
Ditto for my ‘16 DS.

Does anyone know where these relays are on a New Aire? I want to be careful with mine.
