Heated Floor's in Dutch Star

So we were planning to order a 2016 Ventana, but after looking at the ordering sheets and talking to Newmar, we would need to go to the 43 foot models to get the stuff we wanted (larger shower, all electric, larger Refer,...) and I was hoping to stay in a shorter coach. Going back and forth we have settled on the Dutch Star 3726 model, has everything we wanted and was not much more than the larger size Ventana. We also read the recent thread that compared the two.

With that background, I am look at opinions on the heated tile floor's. We has them in our last house in the bathroom and loved then, but it is an expensive option. Would like your thoughts on it?

Thanks,
Jon

We wouldn't be without our heated floors! The floors will also act as a secondary heating source for your coach!!

We really like the heat systems in the DSDP 4369. We have lived and travel in the NW and heated floors is something we use regularly when on shore power. The heating systems in this model gives you a broad variety of options with regard to how you heat your living space.
Good Luck and All the best to you,

Jeff and Lynn

The heated floors are wonderful, I won't own another coach without that feature. Well worth the cost even though it's an expensive option.

We have the 3726 DS with heated floors. Wife at first thought it was expensive for such an option. BUT, now that we have used the coach in the cooler weather the warm floor when we either get up in the night or in the morning she has no regrets. On another matter, the Aqua Hot system is another great option. We also looked at the Ventana versus the DS and felt that the IFS and other features were the selling points. Also the kitchen window is nice and should be considered, it doesn't detract from the counter space.

Thanks for all the input, it sure helps. I figured that in reality, at this price point pay and get what you think you will want, better than be sorry that you saved a little and in the end are missing something!

Nothing better than getting out of bed on a chilly morning and stepping on nice warm floors. keep in mind that the option price is MSRP. Your final price for this option depends on your bottom line discount.
