There is not one answer to this as your water coming into the coach from the water hydrant will be different temperatures as to location. If you had a Constance temperature you could figure out a soulation. I try do do it by using out of my fresh tank as described in "21" reply. On a demand system your are heating a differential of the temp from incoming to outgoing. If it is colder coming in the out going will be colder thus you might have to use a burner. If you are in a warm climate the electric will be good enough. Hope this makes sense.

Thank you very much for your relevant answer!

That's about what I thought...ALL ON and "WE NEED FULL POWER SCOTTY".

What do you think of your '17 MA so far? I would have loved to order new, but unfortunately, Newmar no longer makes a two bath, triple bunk floor plan due to the full wall slides.

Our (new to us) '15 LA 4599 is a perfect floor plan for our family of 5 with 3 bunks and 2 baths. Just got it in June coming from a '17 Fleetwood Discovery...so far we're liking it a lot!

Thanks again!

We had a 15 LA and loved it. We decided after 24 years and 12 coaches we were done. Well after a year we missed having a coach. With so little different between all of Newmars luxury coaches we decided to go with a MA. The only difference is 300 lb/ft of torque. Towing my stacker trailer I really have not notice a difference from my LA with the 600. Newmar makes a great coach that is for sure.

Couldn't escape it huh? Oh well, there's certainly worse things.
That's a pretty long set up you've got there and I bet it's quite a sight with 30 more feet behind the coach! I only tow a pick up and don't even know it's there. I would imagine a 30' trailer is hard to miss though. lol

Glad to hear you enjoyed your 15 LA and now a 17 MA. As a first time Newmar owner, that's comforting for me to hear. So far, we are enjoying ours and agree Newmar does make a great coach.

Thanks again for the cold weather tips.
