Height Compensating Steps

Hi,
In 2015 I had Newmar Service install Height Compensating Steps. Last week they stopped working. Checked everything I could find. The motor does not seem to be getting 12V. The instructions show a control board. My question is does anyone with these steps know where the control board is located? I have looked everywhere. Tried to follow the cables but they go up into the coach.

Gary......Obviously, your coach is different than mine, but my fuse chart shows a 5 amp fuse in the front "run bay" and a 5 amp fuse and 20 amp circuit breaker in the power cord bay. So, three locations, two fuses and one circuit breaker.

Hi,
For these steps there is no CB. Rechecked all the fuses (including the ones you recommended. I think the remedy is on the controller card. If I could just find it. Newmar CS is ignoring me. Need help from someone who has seen the controller card and knows where it is located.
