Quick tips I found some documentation on the doors

If the extrusion that serves as the upper hinge is above the side swinging doors as well it should not be too hard, the hinge on the door itself bolts on and will slip into the upper hinge. You should be able to get the lower hinges from Newmar, the are just pieces of aluminum extrusions, should not be very costly.
IMHO the hardest part will be relocating the latches and adding the catches to the compartment frame. The latch looks totally different on the side swinging door so you'll probably have to get new latches and strikers from Newmar. Plus some body work filling the hole where the side latch used to be.
