Help :: furnace issue - ‘18 Dutch Star

Our 18 Dutch star has been flawless in really cold temps, until we moved yesterday. All furnace blowers were working perfectly but when we got settled in at our current stop, the front furnace, the one under the dash/driver/entrance area decided to stop blowing. The two in the kitchen area are working fine.

Anyone have any ideas??? I’ve tried rebooting t-stat, powering everything down and back up again, but no luck.

fortunately it’s not going to be -12 tonight so we won’t freeze! I am truly amazed how warm the coach stays all night in single digits and teens with oasis on electrical and floor heating on.

Thx

I have only used it while driving so can't help much. Does the key have to be on? Is zone one on? Only thing I can think of to check.

You should have a row of rocker switches just below you radio and rear camera screens. One of those is labeled HYDRN HTR FAN. It is an easy switch to turn off but that is what controls the fan for the dash zone. Hope this helps.

SMH! I’m sitting here in my driver chair refreshing my thread hoping someone might be able to help and I didn’t even have to get up to fix the “issue”.

KenNJ, you just made my night. Flipped the switch and back in business. I had no idea... thanks so much!!

On a side note, it’d be nice if they were able to pump warm air up on the windshield through the front heater!

I did the same thing once. Glad to hear you are back in business.

Once is enough to never forget, especially when it’s snowing and freeing out! This is why I love this forum! In a matter of minutes, help comes and issues get resolved.

Thanks again!

I agree with you on that idea of pushing warm air on that wind shield area. I would like to see Newmar consider that idea.
