The Newmar book says "place the winterizing hose into the chlorine solution. Close the valve from the fresh water tank to the pump and open the valve from the solution to the pump."

The instructions on the motor home lable the valves "A" and "B". "B" controls the winterizing hose. If I close Valve "A" and open valve "B" will this pump the solution into the water tank?

I have a 2006 KSDP,

Kenn

The book says it does but I can't see how.

I have an outside faucet on mine and I just hooked up the water inlet hose to it and turned on the pump and I ran anti freeze thru everything. Just put your valve to city water. That will let it run thru your filters and hose assy if you switch the valves for a few seconds then you know the tank inlet and solenoids are protected. I use a little more anti freeze but I know I'm protected. Just unscrew your whole house filter and dump it out when done. You don't even have to do that because it will be full of anti freeze

I'm sorry, I was thinking winterizing, But it will work the same for sanitizing

What you describe will draw whatever you feed to the "winterizing hose" directly into the water pump inlet and from there directly into the RV plumbing (not the water tank). So be it anitfreeze or a DILUTED bleach solution it'll go straight into the plumbing for you to then draw from each tap (hot and cold) and the toilet.

Here is an artical with block diagram on RV plumbing. It should help you understand how to do what you want.
