Help with Surge Guard

I just had a Surge Guard installed in the MH when it was in for service. Got home and plugged in to 50 amp shore power and no lights for line 1 or 2 on a Surge Guard only has green light that shows power is on, the other lights are not lit up at all. Inside does not show shore power and shows an error. Any ideas before I drive an hour each way tomorrow? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Could it be that your shore power is wired in wrong. Not like you would wire for a welder or other 220. Your surge guard might be telling you right. It's time to get your multi meter and check your shore power. There is a diagram that shows how to check I believe it's in quick tips.
Its possible to wire it wrong and still work but others have fried their system.
Just a wild guess. Or your surge proctor is wired in wrong.

I show 116 for L1 and 116 for L2. Also my shore power was installed by electrician and has worked great for the last 6 months. Looks like another drive an hour each way... Thanks for the suggestion on checking the lines though.
