Got the recall notice for the hitch on our '07 DSDP. We're in Ft Myers. I know North Trail is an option, but was wondering if anyone has gone anywhere else that isn't quite so crowded. NT are nice folks, but if there is a smaller shop where anyone has had a good experience, let me know. Thanks.

We're traveling for the next 8 months(past 2 months), tried to get one sent to us to install-they said no go. Will probably stop at Spartan on way back from Alaska next fall.

Should not be a problem for anyone to install as it is a bolt-on replacement.

I found several Spartan authorized service centers in FL via the Spartan Chassis website and I believe there were two in the Ft Meyer area. Call Spartan, let them know that you are in Ft Meyer and they will ship the hitch to whichever service center your choose. It only took an hour to install mine. Good luck.
