Hi cjhawk38,
I have lots of ideas, but information on your coach year/model, brand of water heater and is it electric and gas or just gas powered? Hydro hot or equivalent powered (diesel powered)? Any advice offered now would be a shot in the dark.

if the pilot lights then you must have (some) gas getting there. Im sure you have checked to make sure propane is on?? We had that problem once and it was the thermocouple i think it was called? wont keep pilot lit if it doesnt sense heat i think. other option .. check manual for tips? good luck

I agree with hippy. Had the same thing happen. Also check your wire connections at the out side panel. Remove each one, one at a time, clean the connection with a wire brush or light sandpaper & reconect. Do this at each wire. The thermeocouple is also right there. If this doesn't fix it. Use a VOM with the thermocouple disconnected & set to Ohms it should show a closed loop. If it shows open replace it. It only opens when hot to turn the gas off.

If you look at page 20 will show the flame sensor element that keeps the burner working until water reaches its temp level.
The ceramic sensor can have a carbon build up that needs to be cleaned so it can sense the flame.
Some times the ceramic can crack and a new one will be required, only clean with a soft cloth not abrasive paper or file.
