You will need to adjust the nut in the 4th picture, so access to it is the goal. So, either you remove the trim along the top of door, or try to get an angled wrench on it. Removing the door is more involved since you have to rotate the wh. Plastic lever arm to release the door from those boggies. The factory guys did pry my upper trim loose to gain access...then glued it back in place.
