I have sent a number of emails to Newmar with specific questions about my Kountry Star over the course of several months. I have yet to get a single reply from them.

They do so many things so well, I can not understand why their email communications are so poor (I have seen others mention the same problem on this forum).

I talked to one of the Newmar factory guys at the Tampa show last weekend and asked him about this behavior but he was clueless.

Newmar does not accept emails unless you are on their approved list. This is because of virus issues that could stop the entire facility for several days. If you are a dealer and on their list, your emails are processed.

Call Newmar and they will answer your question promptly.

Last week I went to the Newmar website. Clicked on contact us and sent them an email. I had a response the next morning.

I have sent Newmar numerous e-mails and they were never answered, so If I have any questions, I just give them a call. They always return my calls in a timely manner.

Same here, no response to email. I'll phone 'em in the future.

Send a message via AIM to oemtech
I have had very good luck with both email (via contact us) and phone. I always add my coach serial number to any email msg's and with phone support calls.

Here is a tip.... Don't start with "attitude" as it will get you nowhere. I spent 8 years doing tech support for Dell after my retirement from IBM. So, I have been there and done that.

They have answered mine before but I have not had the occasion to send one in a long time. I joined their website thing and sent the emails from there on a contact button if I remember correctly...You might give them a call at their 800 number and go from there. They have always been very helpful to us anytime we needed anything.

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

I have to admit that they have answered (in a timely fashion) every e-mail I have sent them.

As previously stated, it might help if you have your serial (or VIN) number when you write to them. I always include this info.

Just in case issue --- did you register as an owner?

Good Luck
