How to adjust slide cover on full wall slide

The cover on the FWS on our 2014 DSDP 4018 is loose when extended. How do I take up this slack?

Waiting on replies, just noticed all slide out toppers are tight except FWS. See some levers sticking up but not about to cause another problem.

Not sure if you have the same topper as mine but here is the service manual that has that information.

As David suggested, the manual will provide the way to do this, but keep this in mind....
Because the FWS is twice as long (and heavy in the middle) as the others, you are going to have some slack in it, specifically toward the mid sides and center.

How to adjust slide cover on full wall slide

Just came down from ladder, it is dometic brand. Wow have girad awnings, Slide out toppers are dometic as is window toppers. Looking at manual in MH, DW and I would not dare trying to adjust tension, be our luck the entire thing would come unraveled.

the fws I think is mechanical. there is an spring for each end. the spring tension can be adjusted. need to be careful, there is still a good bit of tension on that spring.
