How to Aim Headlight

We had the headlights on our 2003 Dutchstar 3803 replaced. I'm told it is a Lincoln part. The low beam on the driver side is aimed way too low. How do I re-aim it?

On Lincolns of that vintage you opened the hood to adjust them. Open up the front up and see if there's an adjustment screw visible.

Adjustment screw should be on the back topside of the headlignt assembly. If I remember correctly there is one for the low beam and one for the high beam.

Correction:
The location of the adjusting screws are:
one between the light bulbs and in the lower back
the other is to the outer side of the llight bulb and toward the top
the screws are on a protrusion and face upwards.
