I printed both from the website as .jpegs, then imported both images in to MS Word. resized so both were the same size, saved as a jpeg, cropped to meet the size limit of iRV2.

If you are struggling with it send me the list of states and provinces and I'll set it up for you.

Thanks for the kind offer. You sure are creative. I think I'll stick with the good old USA for now. It just looks better , IMHO.
