How to jack up a slide ?

If you have read my other thread.....loose body under slide,, received info from Newmar to jack up the kitchen slide and replace the fallen piece with brush that fits under slide, opposite to other brush piece to seal area.................... am bringing the coach to my maintenance man next week in Québec and would like to understand the process of raising this heavy slide-out (kitchen with 4 door Norcold) - am putting photographs again- Thanks

Not sure what first picture is but if its to lift slide you will damage the slide surround if its lifted.
I would move slide out so when its lifted the inside fascia is away from wall when stopped. Do not move out so far that rollers are going down the ramp for slide.
Use a long 2x4 or 2x6 board to lift the floor surface of slide, outside under slide, with a couple of jacks so you can work under slide.
The wall edge of slide, under slide, maybe the strongest point on slide for lifting.

First photo is not the reality - The piece photograph was loose under the closed kitchen slide and we took it out to find that it was partly a brush fitiing under slide and opposing another piece the same as shown in another Pic

007 - do not understand where the positioning of the slide-out is for best lifting: 1) closed 2) opened completety 3) parftially opened ?????

Thanks again

If you go to page 5 of this PFD will show kitchen slide. With the slide out you should see the brush seal in order to reattach the broken piece the slide needs to be lift some to gain the space needed for room to work and stick it under floor edge.
You need the jack support because of weight of slide, slide floor for kitchen has wall construction type studding in floor of slide for stronger support according to spec writeup.
