HVAC Jet Blast

Has anyone come up with a workable way to diffuse the air blast that comes through these ceiling vents? Click image for larger version

Never noticed it as a problem in our coach. Would lowering the fan speed work for you? Perhaps block portion of the duct if too much air is coming out of one side compared to the other. There isn't much room for a diffuser up there. The foam blocks the cold air from getting sucked back in.
