HVAC Temp Sensors reading 120!

I woke this morning to about a 60 degree interior and the temp panel showing 120 interior temp! It is about 50 outside. Where are they located and what could possibly cause this?

We have lots of problems with the "kitchen" sensor. It's mounted on the valence around the rear window in the dinette area. The sun comes in the window and heats up the valance from the back, throwing off the sensor.

The "living room" sensor is on the the wooden trim piece next to the passenger seat.

That's on the KGDB. The Essex might be different.

You confirmed what I did suspect was the sensors. I still don't know how one could go from 120 down to 60 and then back up in a matter of seconds.
